Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.

Job Description:

• Provide youth with positive support and guidance.

• Co-facilitate group education activities to at-risk youth.

• Co-facilitate parent engagement sessions. 

• Complete youth and family assessments.

• Monitor and document youth's progress. 

• Communicate directly with other service providers regarding youth's progress

• Connect youth and their families to resources.
