The SOAR program serves youth between the ages of 12-17 who live in Madison County, IL. Click the "Enroll" button above for our referral form or call us at (618) 251-9750 x 208.

Parents

SOAR seeks to include parents or guardians in this process through frequent check-ins and our parent engagement sessions. Parents/caregivers are required to attend at least one Parent Engagement session in order for their youth to successfully complete the program.

Service Providers

SOAR works very closely with Madison County Probation, Truancy, Juvenile Justice and School officials in order to give our youth the tools they need to be successful.
